I know I've said it before, but beautiful dog :) I hope to bring home a Siberian pup in just a few weeks... the nose being out of focus isn't that big of a deal I think, because when you view the picture, your gaze focuses the eyes.

Very nice. I love the colors and the textures in the rocks. Well framed, well seen, well captured. Can't do much about the overexposed spot, in fact I think it adds some dimension. Nicely done.

I like this very much. It is a unique image, and conveys a unique feeling. Nice work, thanks for sharing :-)

Here's a tip for shooting at night if you don't have a cable release... something I used to do when I first started experimenting with my old film SLR's...

Compose your shot, set your focus, and get everything ready. Then place the lens cap on the lens. Now you can use say, a pebble and a piece of tape (or whatever you have available) to open the shutter and keep the button depressed. Take the lens cap off carefully, let your shot expose, and then when you're done, put the lens cap back on and remove the tape / pebble from the shutter button. This way, if you have a tripod but no cable release, you can get your shot without risking the "shake effects" of the light sources in the frame.

Noise reduction software also does wonders for cleaning up .jpeg artifacts and those annoying little red pixel dots. Hope that helps...

I love it. Excellent colors, sharpness, framing... you are lucky to have such a beautiful place so near to your home.

Fantastic B&W. Good contrast and sharpness, and I like the way the road goes out to the horizon in the center of the shot.

Great job with the focus, I love the way the sunlight is being refracted by the water droplets and focused on the lily pad. Well seen and well captured :-)

Excellent capture of a pristine moment... I like everything about it :-)

Of the two, I like this one the best. Awesome capture! :-)
