Hi David, loved the 'expression' you got here although I don't think you avoided the object issue entirely. High ISO? TFS This guy looks HUNGRY!

Great moment captured, that's an awe-inspiring yawn!
Certainly a shame about the wire-mesh fence obstructing the view, it has created a hazy vignette that is hard to ignore, but overall this is a nice shot, well done.
Rew
Waahhhooooo you dont mess with that lad by half lol
Fantastic capture, you handled the mesh fence well that is in the way, just a very light haze showing now.
Love this shot David an unusual angle and POV.
Glad your ok and still around my friend
TFS regards Helen
Hello David,
Poor cat, it must be so hot there... They are rare and precious animals indeed. I don't really like to see captive animals but this is a nice picture in action with excellent composition. I can feel those objects in foreground but zoo shots are not as easy as they might appear :) Well done with nice movement, details and colors.
Claudine

Hello David,
An impressive yawn ;) A great shot which you managed very well - the mesh in front of this 'kitty' is hardly visible. Great details and colours. The whole composition is excellent. Well done, congratulations!

But ín this case I dont have to tell a lie, you have done a magnificent job, my biggest compliment.

Open wide, say ahhhhhh. :) Excellent capture, David, well timed. Get well. Linda.
hello David,
he sure look restless :) this is my 3rd wild animal fav. after the grey wolf and siberian tiger..
i saw this bengal tiger in my country national zoo in Kuala Lumpur but that time i don't have camera yet..
so now i can admire him again thru your shot..
tfs and greeting, terry

I recognise the little effect that those fence can bring. It's not all the lens who can pass through directly :)
You take him to an impressive moment!
I like the way it is made. Showing the strong character of that animal!
Doctor ask him, "Say AAAAA', ?
Oh, it was you who said that to him? haha
Perfect moment you took this splendid photo, David.
Bravo.
Best regards from Jan
Good shot seeing it is seen through the wire David.
Great action shot showing the mouth wide open!
BRAVO!
Janice
Hi David,
Wonderfull moment captured here with this fed-up Tiger. Thanks for the explanatory note, because I always find it a problem to make a good capture in the Zoo.
Excellent outcome.
