[Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe
Got this picture of Kharu under the rain in my recent workshop in Singapore. I have 2 that I both like. I posted the other one in the workshop. Please tell me whic one better.

BTW, "ulan" is a tagalog word for rain.

Stunning portrait !!
Wonderful drop blur effect, very well composed and balanced BW.
I prefer this picture insted of landscape version ONLY for her expression.
WS picture is more sensual, of course, but this one has much better drops.
Thanks for sharing !

I prefer the vertical shot Manny. The workshop picture doesn't really work for me. Her head seems disproportionate to her body.

Manny, I e-mailed you a while back when I first started this photography obsession. I would love to know what you think of my recent shots.

Hi Manuel,
amazing portrait!
I like how the rain drops are blurred and contrast with the static woman's face. I also love her expression and the total suggestion of the shot! I prefer this one, maybe the closed eyes, I don't know ...
merci de partager! great work!

Galing talaga!! Nice one Idol! I prefer this one ,the rain, expression and composition are great.

Hello Manuel

Buen trabajo de composición y edición

I like this one more, not sure why but I do- it's natural and pleasant at the same time. I also like that her eyes are closed and her mouth is parted. The wet her sprawled on the shoulder is very nice, and the woman herself isn't hard on the eyes either. :) Considering the size of the image, I think it's done quite well regarding to composition/appeal. The raindrops blurred in motion is fantastic. Another wonderful portrait, TFS Manuel.

I like both photographs. They are different and together would complement each other well, in an album or somehow side by side. Great effects and great expressions. This one is perhaps more "artistic" because of the crop and the landscape one more "human" and simple. Nevertheless, I like them both very much and don't prefer one over the other. Great work!

i like both, but this one i like better for the crop and the impact of her expression....thumbs up!
