Interesting moment captured but let down by a few things. I assume this was taken on a cellphone camera, in which case you are very limited in your photographic abilities.

However, things to look out for include the cars and strong light in the upper right, it has created an area of overexposure which works against your shot.

Also the camera had to use a slow shutter speed, and the result is some movement of the chicken on the right.

If you had gone for a lower point of view - perhaps sit or lie on the ground - you might catch a more interesting perspective. No doubt you will have plenty of reasons why not to lie on the ground, but often the secret to good photography lies in being prepared to do the uncomfortable, awkward, crazy things that nobody else does, in order to get a good shot.
