the colors are beautiful. A very nice peaceful mood to this beach, possible because of the lack (good thing) of people. Beautiful how the shadows cast over the white sand. Nice crop, good POV and depth to this wonderful shot.

your photos from Dominican Republic made me totally depressed today ;D...they are fantastic!! and I'm stuck here in the gloomy weather :S
I see this photo received less feedback than the previous one of similar content. I prefer this one actually, because the light is superb, and it has such a relaxing mood because of the shadows you caught so well. I can almost feel the breeze!

Hi Mario, I think the shadows look great on the sand. I kind of miss the top of the palm trees, though, but you can't get one without sacrifizing the other. As always, stunning colors and great sharpness. Nice peaceful atmosphere. Regards, Yvonne

This is certainly a feast for winter-weary eyes. What a beautiful stretch of sand, bordered by the lovely shady palms. Paradise indeed. Love the sky colours and the green palm fronds agains the sky. Nice composition.
