Hi Marine,
A very nice simple composition here. Very interesting textures, shapes and colours to play with. The neutral colours of the background are an excellent choice. To do more for this composition, try to position your subject off-centre and you certainly need more light. The longish exposure time you used does not seem like enough here... perhaps move the fruit platter to a nearby window for more light. It is lacking a little sharpness - to prevent this you should use a tripod or rest the camera on the table and use a timer so that your finger does not move the camera when pressing the button. Also, try a closer point of view with low f-stop value e.g. f/5 to reveal more of the interesting textures in the fruit. I hope this helps and keep up the good work!
