SAINT NICOLAJ EX-CHURCH

Saint Nicolaj Church is one of the oldest buildings in town. It served as church for hundred years. Today it is an active museum and show house.
It is place 1 block way of the commercial street center, hidden by the shops. Surrounded by a peaceful square, also has a restaurant and a café on its outdoor.
Again the use of my Tokina 10-17mm friend, made it possible to include the entire building in the picture. The late hour in the day, was casting light only on the tower, but its base was already in much shadow, giving the strange impression that are 2 separated constructions.
The brick texture from the base is also very interesting. A must see while in Copenhagen.
PS was just a little crop at the top, channel mixer, monochrome, resize, sharpen and frame.

A igreja de São Nicolau é um dos edifícios mais antigos da cidade. Serviu como igreja por centenas de anos. Hoje é um museu e uma casa de shows.
Esta localizada apenas 1 quarteirão da movimentada rua comercial e fica escondida pelas lojas. Esta ladeada por uma praça que também tem um café e um restaurante.
Novamente utilizei a minha amiga Tokina 10-17mm (ela vai acabar recebendo um nome!) para que fosse possivel incluir o predio inteiro com tão pouco espaço para fotografar. Já era tarde e só tinha luz na torre, deixando a base na sombra, dando a impressão de serem 2 prédios separados.
A textura dos tijolos na base também é bastante interessante.
PS foi um corte no topo da foto, seguido de channel mixer, monochrome, reduzir tamanho, sharpen e moldura para TL.
