Uao! this is very nice! Congrats and thanks for sharing!

I always wanted to do such an image!

I think this is great for the colours and details and the star trails. Perfect post processing.

A great piece of art. Thanks for sharing.
Kindest regards, Britta

Hello Jens,
I see that you have located the polar star. Very spectacular experiment and a very nice result. I like the circular tracks of the stars over the small house in FG. What was the interval between two exposures?
Denis

Just amazing! You stayed up all night to do this Jens? You are one dedicated man! It's amazing what the camera can see and do! This is stunning! Have you tried just locking the shutter open? Can that be done? I think I saw a picture on TL once that did that. I can't figure out how to do it on my camera. Awesome photo!

Hi Jens,
Fantastic shot and for the first time it has turned out brilliant. The trails are clear and with the light painting the foreground has been brought out a bit more. Excellent posting. Cheers
Bri

Hi Jens!

It really was a job to capture this but I think it was worth the time.. the all around trails speaks for itself. The fg is nicely managed too. Really a professional work, TFS!

Best regards,
Andor

Hi Jens, Very cool shot. Kind of makes me think of what Vincent Van Gogh would do with photography! Very interesting lines and pattern.

Great job! :) Lisa

This is really great! thanks for sharing!

That's the way to do it Jens!!!! Damn good result. I was trying 10 minute exposures with the D200 but any longer and I started getting 'purple fogging' (with a digi sensor??) around the edges with any longer than that.. Your idea with the multiple images combined is great..

Nice work.

David
