some lines on this fields attracted my eyes, don't know why the farmer didn't used the usual straight way
so, an interesting landscape in my tastes, a landscape where there is nothing, but at the same time a landscape with interesting line details
one of the best of the series I did that day, because I liked the lighting... i was waiting clouds' shadows effects. maybe the most appropriate one, not to much to keep that yellow popping out against the sky

Well the lines make a nice pattern on the field. I sometimes do this when I cut my grass:) Maybe he just wanted it to look more decorative!!
I like the tower of straw bales on the left. Nice feature in the shot.

Hi Jean,I agree that they are indeed great lines, as is the colours caught here,excuse this question ,but did you place the bales into this scene?the inclusion of them & their particular shape bring balance & vibrance to this scene,IMHO without them, the impact would be lessened.

Interesting study of color and, indeed, lines. Nice sense of spaciousness.

On the humorous side, it reminds me of when I mow grass and leave lines as I go. :O)

I love this photo. I also have a request for you. Please crop out the black BG so that the image is a 1:2.5 ratio and re-post as a panoramic so that TL will recognize it and let you attach a larger version as well.
