hello Anaele,
I do not take many photos of people. imo I can not really give a critique on that aspect of your photo.. But what I think you could have done to improve the photos is either 1) crop it so we can only see the black BG fabric or 2) extended the fabric so she was also standing on it.. imo it would have giving it less of a choppy BG and more of an uniformed one...
oh yeah and NOTES are always nice to read.. . IMO notes help us understand why you took the photo and what you want us to get out of it!
