This is a wonderful shot you took 40 years ago, a great span of time but your eye for photography was even as much strong as you have it today, Janos!
Great clarity and perfect textures of the facades of the buildings built on the roadsides. I like the landscape in the BG which enhances the contrast and adds mood into the shot. Well done!
Have a nice weekend.

A fine shot and scan job.The medieval character clashing with the cars yet maintaining its charm.Very good colors and contrasts.Friendly regards Otto.

Well Janos you had a way with lens back then , hard to believe this was taken in 1970 so good is the scanning here ,the view is splendid i bet this part of town hasn't changed much since you climbed up there for that shot , no doubt the old Beetles parked along the street prove they were well integrated in the scenery at the time, yeh that would make you and me pretty young lads i confess , ha ha , good to see something from the very past posted here once in a while ,
Thanks for sharing the moment ,

A nice bird's eye view of this old town!
Splendid composition with this road passing among this old architecture. The types of the cars can give testimony that it's over 30 years old!
Great clarity being a film type capture.
