Very dramatic with plenty of detail. The bottom left is over exposed, which surprises me with a HDR image.

The library makes a perfect subject for HDR which has been done well, I think the coloured object / ballon should f have been omitted, it only detracts from the image

Hi, An older style building with plenty of brick or stone is always a good subject for a little hdr. The balloon is a little distracting but as it is part of an event I guess in this case it belongs. Fiona

Hello Poseidon, I think think this is an excellent composition and I congratulate you on your post production work with background clouds and building highlights. I believe that overall, your exposure is appropriate and that only someone who is used to trying to take decent photographs in uniformly dull, flat and greyish conditions would take exception regarding the odd patch of gloriously bright sunlight.
