Très belle image macro qui montre de beaux détails dans cette toile d’araignée.
Les couleurs et contrastes sont aussi parfaitement bien équilibré.

Hi Horia,
Amazing macro! This is really something to be proud of. Love the neutral background, makes everything seem so clear and crisp. Such a shame about what's happening to the poor caterpillar, but that's life I guess. Nice work.
TFS,
Scott.

Hello Horia, my friend!
An impressive macro capture! A great scene showing "fight for life".
Great details! I like the superb contrast between the green colored victim and the blurry BG. The sharpness and POV are perfect with a nice use of shallow DOF here.
Great composition!
best regards,
Paras

Hello, Horia -
Amazing capture of this moment in nature. The details are sharp and vivid. Perfect lighting. The action is riveting - even upside down the spider looks so menacing and alien. Excellent capture of a critical moment.

Horia,
You won't see such great photos made by me soon here on TL ... :-)
Besides the question " why did he use f/5.6 and not a greater DOF ? " I have no technically remarks.
" But "
I also take a look at the non-technical way : feeling.
IMO as much as important.
Because of the lack of a background who's playing along
- sorry to say, but it looks as a cardboard -
it becomes very " clinical ".
Just my opinion !
I know that you can't choose where a spider wants to takes his meal ... :-)
In this case I would consider a, firm, crop : just the necessarily part of the spider
and the whole caterpillar.
As always, I give one my opinion
not how it should be ... :-)
Greetings
Jan
