|There are regular medieval re-enactments in the UK where people come together to relive the middle ages, etc.|
At Norwood Hall in Nottinghamshire there was such an event.
Here I took a candid shot of a woman playing the role of a Cooking Wench. Dressed in clothes of the era, she prepared food for the 'Rebels' who would later enact one of the battles from the English Civil War.
I have slightly posterised this image to add to the effect. I tried it in B&W and that worked too, but preferred this version for sharing on TL.
