Great portrait - I love the noisy quality of this shot, and the panoramic shape of the frame. Quite a powerful look from the guy, he looks like he wants to come over and take your camera to sell in the bazaar!

First off... that expression is priceless... can't copy those eyes, they seem so... occupied, sigh probably not the right word to explain what I mean... but I hope you understand. :)

Secondly, I've been reading a book that constantly includes the Bedouin groups, and now I finally have a face to connect with them. For that, I'm truly grateful. :)

And lastly, this shot is superbly finished. The photo itself is just amazing, but you topped it off with the colouring effect, that interesting frame and just the part of the photo you chose, well it's 'just right'!

hi Jon, what a fantastic trio of the cameldrivers, close-up of the camels and this Bedouin portrait!! Like the colours and the atmosphere, and the framing adds the finishing touch. This trio would suite very well in my living room I think :-)

Hi Jon,
This is an intense portrait. The position of his hands is great, your cropping and framing is excellent. The exposure overall is very balanced, the white items of clothing are nicely exposed and add great contrast to a moody and "dark" shot.
