Excellent capture. very sharp and clear.
And I wish you many more 11 years :-).

Haa :) Remember talking about the blue T-Shirt... Real that the frame balance well!
Well use of the spot effect in the corner... The blue is lightful!
An honest impression about the workshop... I feel the playground of learning! As you do perhaps a little too much you had to correct some details. In some place the corner of the selection give an arc of 90, corner of square visible who broke the curl. Especialy the one on the arm is disturbing. But in another side when it's used with a good harmonious dose... The one of the wrist is very interesting! Well seen :)

a bit of fill flash and he will have sparkle in his eye... a smile or two for Otto

Thank you for the sentiment in your note, Christan. I feel the same also!
For the workshop: OUCH, all that pinching! Haha - and I didn't feel a thing!
Cheers
Otto

Hi Christan. Excellent portrait. Bright light has been well handled and good colour and detail. All the best for another 11 and TFS,
David

Many thanks for your comment on ‘Wildlife of Tasmania’

Hi Otto, you look very pensive and at the same time with a small smile.
I like the frame and the BW background with the colored Otto.
Very good composed.

This is a really superb portrait shot. It's nice to see the camera pointed in the other direction for a change (^_^)
Great colours and details, excellent expression
