Hi Dot,good lines for the symmetry part,not to sure about the abstract, as to me, the viewer should need to guess what the whole of the abstract is,& these are definately chop sticks.
Tried a workshop but due to the smallness in DPI of your image
the worksop image lacks detail but shows what I mean.Just my
turn to be a little picky:)

A perfect example of how less is more, a straight forwards shot with a point and shoot camera and yet a superb result. Wonderful colours and lines here with good sharp deatil and nicelt textured background. Well thought out shot that works well for the theme

I think the composition here is well done and the abstract design is very interesting and goes well with the oriental motif looks much like a Chinese letter of the alphabet.... but to me it really looks like you were playing pick up sticks;)...thanks Dot.....Roman:0)

I know you needed reflections and you got them, but it is very distracting. I wonder what some black cloths as BG would do here.
What I do love is the idea of a shot like this, it got my imagination going.....
