Nice photo of the "good ole days". The old 45s. I have really not thought about them in a long time. I like the bright colors of the record as well as the shiny arm. Interesting lighting effect.

Yes this definitely takes me back Mario. The first music of my own that I ever purchased were "45's". Great idea for a shot. Love the light coming across the record from the right, showing the grooves. Great job.

Bel homage aux Beatles de leur premier 45 RPM. qui leur a donné le vent dans les voiles...belle époque des annnés 60 qui a lancé des milliers de groupes musicaux..à travers le monde...

Un 45 tours de 45 ans? Nostalgique? Bonne nouvelle, le vynyl revient lentement pour les mordus de la qualité. Qui sais, ta vieille table tournante va prendre de la valeur.
Une image originale aux couleurs du temps et la patine du temps aussi. Une image nette et bien illuminée sur les sillons.

Je me souviens de party ou les hommes se costumait en beetle avec les toupets sur le front.
C'etait le bon temps et ta photo nous fait revivre ces bons moments.
Dit donc c'est un 45... ca plutot l'ait d'un 78?

Salut Mario,

Pas toujours évident de photographier des sujets NOIRS. L'expositon doit être très critique afin d'éviter la surexpostion. Par contre l'éclairage doit être admirablement ajusté afin de faire ressortir plein de détails dans ces zones. Ici l'éclairage rasant permet de faire ressortir admirablement les sillons dans le disque sans pour autant délaver les noirs. L'étiquette est parfaitement exposée, et la profondeur de champs suffisante élimine bien les zones de flous qui auraient été dérangeantes dans cette image.

Believe it or not, those years I spent in Canada were Pioneer stereo sound and players and stylus needles that churned the music, with most of my vinyls coming from Columbia Records. And because the floor of the house vibrated everytime we stepped near to the player, the needle would jump and skip so many lines of music!

Yes, I remember my youth. But when I left Canada, all those loved items were given away to friends.
