I love macro photography, and love flowers.

Whats going on with the background though? It is obvious you cut away the background up top, and if you look, you can see the same was done with the black below. The cutting makes the edges of the flower look soft. Its not becoming, and I don't understand why you chose to do that...

As for the flower, the focus is in the middle, which is good, and it is sharp there... Its just that the cutting detracts so much... I can't get my mind around it...
