I love the different tones in this hydrangea - one of my favourite flowers.

Hi Linda,

My dad has a huge blue hydrangea plant near his patio. I've always enjoyed the blue flowers. These also dry quite nicely by the way. :) Your photo is lovely with the different shades of blue. This is such a delicate flower and you show the petals sharply, yet they still look delicate and soft. Great variations of color in this. It's beautiful. :) Lisa

Hi, Linda -
Just beautiful - love the horizontal bars of colors. Wonderful soft light and fine, sharp detail. Perfect background of deep green leaves and I like the diagonal orientation of the flowers. I've seen enough autumn - your spring image looks great to me!

I like the muted and diffused light on these Linda.. I thought at first this was a film/mamiya shot but see that it was ONLY digital!! Good sharpness, perfect DOF and great colour....

Still summer here - well it feels like it :-(
