[Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe
Ok they are my 2 kids so please indulge me! They were so excited looking at japanese carps and turtles, they wouldn't show me their face for a photo. I had to take a shot of their back!
I thought that having only the kids in color and the rest in B&W would be nice. What do you think?

Welcome to TrekLens, Jerome

I think the desaturation of the background puts great emphasis on the children. I also like the fact that they have their backs to the camera, as I find it a pleasing composition. Well done on your post processing work.

Cute shot Jerome, the b&w background works well with the bright red jacket.

It's cute picture where the kids are emphasis as the main characters of the composition by the desaturation of the background. But I think the contrast could have been enhanced a bit.

The shot is live and it seems that your daughter on the left will soon turn her head to the other side.
Desaturation of the background worked well.
You left some of the green beside the head area.
Nice shot and nice PP.

This is very good. Your PP wok is excellent. It is also very sharp. Try putting hem slightly off-centered; maybe cropping it tighter at the left?

Welcome to TL!

I like the effect, Jerome ! It's a technique I like to apply on some of my own shots. It works well here. Like "green" suggested, more contrast would be fine, but maybe just on the desaturated parts. Welcome and well done.

the desaturation on the background works very well here. congrats!

Jerome, this is a beautiful photograph, the desaturation definetly adds to the elegance and focus of the subject, Lovely composition and great content.
I love it, great stuff.
