Nice image, very crisp. For the framing: did you do that from scratch? There should be a template in Adobe for that. Shadows on the white frame should be lighter. Good first try though!

Nou, gewoon heerlijk Joos.

Lekker beeldvullend hoofd van de giraffe, mooie details en presentatie. Ik had haar alleen gevraagd even te gaan zonnebaden, komt de reflectie in haar oog nog beter uit.

Net vandaag weer in de dierentuin geweest, maar alle giraffen stonden nog binnen.

Best wel een leuke, Josine. De dieptescherpte is wat groot, met f/4 of f/5.6 zou die wat kleiner zijn en daardoor het lijf van de giraf erachter nog net iets waziger zijn. Maar goed, de scherpte op die kop is perfect en dat houdt de aandacht toch vast. De uitsnede die je maakte is wel goed: die nek die uit de hoek komt trekt de aandacht echt naar de kop.

Nice photo of this giraffe. I like the sharpness and the detail. In Dec on a game farm we drove behind one for quite a while (he was in the middle of the road we couldn't get pass it) and they have a fascinating way of walking.

Zo zeg ! wat kijkt die mooi de wereld in ! Prachtig scherp en zeer goed van kleur. Goede dof ook.
Deze zou zich er goed voor lenen om z'n neus úit het frame te steken .... maar zo is ie ook mooi. Zoals je ziet haal je er met PS veel meer uit.

I am not sure what PP you did here Josine, but what ever it was, you have presented a stunning image. I love the POV and the wonderful textures of the hair on him. The play of light and shadow adds the perfect touches to this wonderful image. Excellent.
