A small waterfall between the rocks of Thingvellir. This is a very special place in Iceland regarding its history and geology.

Ţingvellir National Park is the area of land in Bláskógarbyggđ in southwestern Iceland. Ţingvellir (Thingvellir) is a site of historical, cultural and geological importance and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Iceland. The National park was founded in 1930 to protect the remains of the parliament site and later was expanded to protect natural phenomena in the surrounding area. Ţingvellir National Park was the first National park in Iceland and decreed " a protected national shrine for all Icelanders, the perpetual property of the Icelandic nation under the preservation of parliament, never to be sold or mortaged" Parlaiment or Alţingi was established at Ţingvellir in 930 A.D. and remained there until 1789 Ţingvellir is the site of a Rift Valley and home to the largest natural lake in the country.

This is an interesting POV that almost makes us wonder where that water is coming from:) I like the frothy white water against the rocks and the blue sky. The freshness in this scene feels good:)
