You've done a great job here - it's not always easy to make a good photo out of such a dark solitary lump of rock. Nice job here though with the composition and the 1 second exposure to just blur the waves.

Hi Vincent,
Interesting treatment. You could have easely fooled me that this was the real light. I like the simplicity of the composition but also the perfect timing of it. The single bird on top of the rock adds a lot to the entire photo.

This reminds me of like an old photo, from back in the 1800's where there is motion in some areas, and not in others! This is really nice very serene! I can't only imagine!

Mmmm...the delicate rose tones seem to be the soft side of solitude, while the jagged rock is the rough side. Water is often symbolic of emotions, here surrounding the rough rock. The bird is free to perch on the rock, fly through the sky, or fish in the waters. Rather profound image:)) You do well with your photographic instincts!

The solitary rock being briefly visited , presents a mood of solitude , yet beauty, Vincent. Your composition on this one is great and wave motion enhances the softness. I like the de-saturation of some colours, leaving the rose hint. Very powerful feeling stays with me from this one.. ..

Really beauatiful scenery. You were lucky to capture him with the wings open exactly at the top. What I really like is the waves that properly sharpened, as you have, create a nice impression. And the duotone, of course, adds a lot to the composition
