Here we are , its almost June and I'm still waiting for spring. Oh I know on the calender it says its spring but the weather sure isn't spring like. My daffodils have come and gone the grass is green but for the past 2 weeks I think I've seen the sun for about 2 hours! Tonight we have another frost alert too. Hoping our flowers make it through the night!

This photo was taken behind my daughters new house. I love their view of the mountains ( Appalachians) converted from color to Black and White to fit my mood!

Hope your day or evening is wonderful...

Donna

Hello Donna!

We a frost warning for tonight here too..... You are not alone awaiting for Spring ... Cool B&W conversion. You should ask the young man of the house , to take away this, what seems to be, a broken branch , before it fells down on somebody's head (LOL!)

Image well composed, the branches are contrasting well against the dull sky.
Cheers!
Robert
PS. no more :) for today.

Your comp is really nice here Donna. I wish the sky was a little less glarey. I see you are in the trees again! **hmpphh!!! I would suggest a F11 or higher for shots like this. Make sure the sun is behind you. Now, get outta da trees!!
B-)
Linda

nice B/W foto

Hi Donna
We are leaving spring here and hugging hot summer and you are still waiting! Here you've applied B/W mode which is totally match with this shot.
Sadness feeling, fragment branches, nice composition.

Hi Donna
It does look cold and bleak - sorry about your spring - it's now winter down under... But I've still got roses growing...
I love the B&W look of this - it does look sad
Janice
