- skin smoothing
and finally added a small frame with a drop shadow.

Here's a WS proposal. Of course, this is just my personnal view since i don't even know the eyes colour of your model...
What i did :
- sepia tonning for the background + slight desaturation
- blue colour for the eyes
- skin smoothing
- cropping
- frame.
