| Présentation: | Greetings from New Zealand. Treklens enables the sharing of photos worldwide with people who likewise enjoy photography. It is an effective and enjoyable medium through which helpful feedback on photos may be conveyed and received. If you browse through my photograph gallery I hope you will enjoy viewing my photos. I would welcome your feedback to any. You will soon realise I have a particular interest in plants and landscapes though my photographic repertoire certainly extends beyond this. Almost everyone uses software to digitally enhance their photos before uploading to Treklens. This is necessary as the website currently requires a maximum file size of 300MB, inevitably image quality is compromised when reducing it thus necessitating some digital enhancement. Photography is a form of art through which endless creativity abounds. When viewing my photo galleries you will observe I sometimes like to create abstract alternative ways of presenting my plant photos. One technique I particularly enjoy using is partial desaturation. I currently use a Panasonic DMC-FZ30 digital camera which I find both ergonomic and versatile. It satisfies my requirements....for the time being. :-) I will likely purchase a DSLR camera before long. Thanks for reading my TrekLens introduction. I invite you to view my Treklens photo galleries and hope you reap some pleasure from them. I would welcome and value any feedback you have on any of the photos. And finally.....please enjoy the Treklens website. Actively and constructively use the website to share photos and critiques.
