| Présentation: | Hello its nice to meet you! Its now May 2009 its been awhile since I joined this site, I have to admit I haven’t a daily visitor for awhile but I am Hoping to find my way back here as often as I can. I'm originally from Vermont, USA where I owned an operated a successful web based and store front for horse equipment where I was lucky enough to have customers from all over the world. My experience with photography was taking point and shoot photos at my children , horses and my many other animals we had while living there. ( Also taking movies that make me motion sick to watch! ha ha ) Since joining this site I have learned so very much from so many great and talented people and have met many wonderful new friends! We moved to Canada in June of 2004 and lived on the north shore of Lake Erie where I was inspired daily at the beauty of the world around me and grew to love landscape photography. In May of 2008 my Husband I returned to my homeland USA and the state I grew up in Vermont. It was hard to leave That amazing lake but the rewards of being back here out weigh any site even as amazing as they were. My other hobbies and interests include painting, woodworking , I play guitar, walk, gardening, and do personal web design. Here is a link to my Personal Website its called , Mrs Captains Place, The site is a place where I have photographs and stories of the trips I've taken with my Husband on his Ship who is a Great Lakes Ship Captain. Its fun for me now to go back and look at my older story editions and see the difference in the photography since I've joined this site and also since I got my new Canon Rebel XTi last October!
