With a new computer I'm now using Adobe Photoshop, however, each time I upload an image onto Treklens it is disallowed on grounds that the image is not a JPEG. This is strange because all my images are saved in JPEG and I've had no problems of uploading in the past. Can anyone help? Regards Celina

Hello Celina, I had a similar problem, yesterday, when I was unable to load a w/s. I was repeatedly informed it was not a JPEG. However, on reading your post, I had another try today. The w/s has loaded with no trouble. It might be worthwhile just having another go, today. Best of luck, Bev :-)

Hi Bev, It sounds as if this is an occasional blip in the system. I'll try your suggestion an give it a go tomorrow. Many thanks, Celina
